Questions
Is Pallas free?
Yes. The launcher, the friends list, presence, emote sync and world sharing cost nothing and have no limits. The store sells emotes and cosmetics at one-time euro prices.
Does Pallas show ads or collect data?
There are no ads in the launcher or in the game. Usage statistics and crash reports are switched off until you opt in, and you can switch them off again at any time. What is stored, and why, is in the privacy policy.
What happens on the first start?
You sign in with your Microsoft account, pick a Minecraft version, and press Play. Pallas downloads the game files, a Java runtime, Fabric and a curated set of performance and quality-of-life mods, checks every file against its published hash, and starts the game. It keeps its own folder and does not touch the official launcher.
Windows shows a SmartScreen notice — is that normal?
It can happen with a recently published installer that Windows has not seen often yet. Choose "More info", then "Run anyway". Pallas checks every update it applies against a signature of its own before installing it, and the current installer is described in the public update feed.
Which Minecraft versions does Pallas run?
The launcher offers 26.2, 26.1.2, 26.1.1, 26.1 and installs 26.2 by default. Minecraft 26.3, released on 15 September 2026, comes with the next launcher update — every drop is added after a compatibility check, and the launcher tells you when it is ready.
Is Pallas allowed on servers?
Pallas is a launcher with cosmetics and quality-of-life mods. It has no killaura, no X-ray, no reach, no auto-clicker. Features some networks restrict, such as freecam or minimaps, are switched off automatically on servers known to forbid them. Server rules are the server's: read them — Pallas configures, it does not vouch.
Does it run on macOS or Linux?
Not yet. Pallas is built for 64-bit Windows 10 and 11.
How do I uninstall it?
Through Windows Settings, Apps, like any other program. Your Minecraft account and the official launcher are not affected.
